Refurbishment

Built in 1950 as the Iuka Cafe. Since then, it was a series of restaurants and at one time had two additional office spaces used by different businesses. It's virtually at the center of downtown Iuka. The only stand-alone building like it and absolutely perfect for what I want to do -though I do wish it was ready to move into, but I just look at it as an opportunity to learn about contracting, dealing with people and designing my place "almost" from the ground up.
